Fall Executive Forum 2023
Each year a diverse community of Christians with executive experience in business gathers with the Center for Faith & Innovation at Wheaton College to learn and grow together. During the Fall Executive Forum, these participants engage in a series of structured conversations and working groups on fresh and relevant themes in the marketplace and discuss how faith enters and interacts with their approach to business leadership, their values, and innovative solutions that impact day-to-day decision-making, strategy, and vision. Insights and Information from these working groups will be used to create a comprehensive report as well as content and resources throughout the year for Christian Marketplace Leaders.

Working Group 1
10 Global Faith and Work Ministry Trends for 2024
Group Leader

About:
This working group will identify and discuss ten current movements in the Global faith and work arena in 2024. It focuses on key trends that are influencing the practice and understanding of the convergence of faith and work and how this is impacting the church, the marketplace, and global cities around the world.
Target Audience:
Men and women in leadership roles in ministry or in the marketplace.
Objectives:
Engage in conversations and innovative solutions that can equip marketplace leaders and the local church.
Explore how an understanding of these trends can inspire and motivate the church and the marketplace towards a common vision.
Though group discussions, case studies, and interactive exercises generate practical applications for global faith and work ministry.
Resource the body of believers based on the current topics and trends relevant to Christ followers for that year.

Through the Gospel Lens: State of Women in the Marketplace in 2024

This working group will focus on leadership trends and challenges specific to women in the marketplace as they discuss from both a data, trend, and experiential vantage point and create practical business solutions.
Target Audience:
Christian men and women who have executive experience.
Objectives:
Generate actionable insights for the everyday realities that women in the marketplace engage with
Engage in conversations and innovative solutions that can equip marketplace leaders and the local church
Cultivate and support healthy Christian leaders to impact both the Church and corporate spheres
Resource the body of believers based on the current topics and trends relevant to Christ followers for that year

It focuses on key trends that are shaping the expectations and demands placed on leaders and how in light of the Gospel, Christian leaders should be encouraged to adapt their strategies and approaches.
Target Audience:
Christian men and women who are in professional leadership roles.
Objectives:
Learn and develop strategies for leadership through the lens of the Gospel
Deepen the understanding of current leadership trends what it means to be an effective Christian leader to impact both the Church and corporate spheres
Equip leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to adapt and thrive in the evolving leadership landscape.
Resource the body of believers based on the current topics and trends relevant to Christ followers for that year
